How about a for profit that pairs with public educators for a period of time (2-3 years) teaching and coaching new skills and attitudes?  Consultants  then transition out so that public schools can operate independently AND students can achieve high standards.  Shared responsibility for improving students outcomes.....  Yes?]]></description>
