The independent schools of England, such as those in the Headmasters&#039; and Headmistresses&#039; Conference and the Girls&#039; Schools Association, are among the very best in the world, and families that could afford them have had the opportunity to give their children some of the best educations available. If combined sensibly with a state support system like Louisiana&#039;s vouchers, the citizens of the Bayou State could find their children very well supported indeed.]]></description>
