Larry Gordon
Larry Gordon is a senior correspondent for EdSource and was a long-time higher education writer for the Los Angeles Times. He has won the California Newspaper Publishers Association prize for education coverage and the American Association of University Professors' award for higher education writing. A New Jersey native, he attended Georgetown University and Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. He taught journalism at the American University in Bulgaria under a Fulbright mid-career fellowship and at UCLA Extension. He lives in Los Angeles.
